      I have reached out to several branches to resolve this issue. TTCU is reporting a mortgage to my credit bureau that is falsely reported. They are showing two mortgages of $166,000. The mortgage has been paid off and one trade line is showing paid off, the other $166,000 is showing open. Every time I speak to anyone, they tell me it is showing paid off on their end. I understand this, however; it was reported wrong to credit bureaus and is reported incorrectly to the credit bureaus. Someone is going to have to take the time to correct this properly with all 3 credit bureaus. This has caused me to receive a interest rate of 9.49% interest on a loan that I would have qualified for 5.55% interest if this was not reported incorrectly. This is a difference in interest of $8,468.04 over an 84 month term. I want this fixed ASAP. My next step will be to get my family attorney involved and I will be coming for compensation on damages and the pain and financial burden this has caused me when it comes to financing and the loans I have acquired while this is falsely reported.

      This letter addresses the Better Business Bureau inquiry submitted on July 9, 2024. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me to explain the information you received from the credit bureau on your recent home loan.
      Your inquiry references a second mortgage loan for $166,000, where a loan number was changed but continued to be reported to the credit bureau as open. We have researched our records and confirm that all loans have been paid as agreed. The loans associated with this inquiry have been paid in full.
      In our efforts to review our reporting records, we could not verify the original loan number or confirm that the reissued loan number is being reported incorrectly. Out of an abundance of caution, we have re-reported these accounts to the ********************** reporting agencies as paid without delinquency. This reporting may take up to 90 days to reflect, depending on the update policy of each bureau.
      Please retain a copy of this letter as certification that these accounts have been paid as agreed and have a zero balance. If a lender needs further clarification, they may contact us directly. If there is any additional information or documentation you believe would assist us in locating the faulty reporting,please send it directly to my attention.

      I have banked with ttcu for years and I accidentally did a transfer..I immediately recognized it. Received the email and called the bank to cancel the transfer. The money is still in my account. It wss less than 15 mins I called since I could not cancel the transfer from the app. I spoke to ******* he said it was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to his supervisor ** he indicated in the call that under different circumstances they would have been able to cancel the transfer. The email even says if it an issue to call customer service..I call customer service and being told oh its nothing we can do this does not make any sense at all. Yes I am VERY UPSET. I do not understand why I can not cancel a pending account especially when I receive a email that says to call customer service if it is an issue and I called customer service within 15 mins of the transfer.

      I noticed I had late payments from **** on my credit report. During these months I did not receive anything stating I was late. As you can see, majority of my payments have been on time so I am requesting the removal of these late payments from my account. I am trying to increase my score to purchase a home and would greatly appreciate if you guys can submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payments.

      I have a loan to a fifth wheel camper through TTCU. I have specifically documented on my payments on my camper that any additional amount paid over the monthly due be added to the principal- TTCU has failed to put the additional payments towards the principal- TTCU has added the additional payment to the interest- I have spoken with one specific person twice and have been given false information-
