    Absolutely DO NOT do business with this company.
    First... We walked in and were handed a brochure. We found what we wanted in the brochure only to be told, that's not something they can do. If you can't do it, why are you advertising it? We should've walked out and went elsewhere at that point.. unfortunately, they were the only ones open when we were available without taking off work.
    We settled for a stone that they said they could order from a supplier. We were told a 3-4 week lead time. We ordered it within 3-4 weeks of needing it. 10 weeks later, still no stone. They are holding up our new build and costing us money.
    We keep calling for updates and keep getting the run around. "I'll check on it and call you back." (We only receive a call back about 10% of the time.) We were told at one point "It will be ready next week." The next week came and went with no communication.
    We were told on Thursday of last week that it would be ready Monday (today) and we would receive a confirmation call on Saturday. No call on Saturday. No call this morning. We called and received the usual "I'll check and call you back"
    They sure didn't take this long to cash the check. At this point, I don't believe any stone was ever ordered from their supplier. From the looks of previous reviews; if we ever do receive stone, it will probably be wrong.
