- Additional Info:According to published reports, Dr. W. Scott Harrington voluntarily stopped practicing dentistry after site visits by the Oklahoma Department of Health found multiple violations. According to the Health Department, there is concern that patients may have been exposed to possible diseases. The Health Department and the Board of Dentistry found patient records for nearly 7,000 patients who visited Dr. Harrington's after 2007. It appears they will contact those patients directly by mail. Patients prior to 2007 should call a special Hotline established by Tulsa Health Department. It will be answered from 7:00am - 7:00pm. The hotline number is 918-595-4500. Free testing clinics will be established for patients in order to determine if they have been exposed to any diseases.
