      On 15Dec23, ************ (Dynamic Door Services LLC) (aka Tulsagaragedoorrepairs.com) installed a 3/4 HP jackshaft garage door opener on the warehouse door. However, we have since had issues with the motor not wanting to open the door properly. We had 2 other companies come out to give us quotes on fixing the issue. Both reputable companies stated that the motor installed in too small for the size of the door. My boss has tried to get in contact with this company on multiple occasions to no avail. I went to drive by the address listed on ****** maps but the address is actually non-existent. I went by the address listed on their invoice but it was a *** store and the Suite # is actually a PO box number at the *** store. I called the company to ask if I could come by and speak to someone but they refused to give their address. This seems like some rather shady business practices. We need them to come and install a motor of the proper size at our facility. I am willing to pay for the difference in price of the motor but they need to install for free as we already paid for the labor, but they installed a motor that was too small.

      Hello, 

      Please see attached invoices. The main issue is that the door opener they installed is to small for the door we have. 2 reputable companies locally have confirmed this. We are willing to pay for the difference in the motor for them to come and install a proper one. But we will not pay for anymore labor. 

      Additionally, the address listed on the invoice is for a *** store and the number is actually a PO box. The address listed on ****** maps from their previous address does not even exist. I verified through multiple companies located in the same building.

      We are sorry to hear you are having problems getting ahold of our company. We were totally unaware of this issue. I will reach out to the customer tomorrow and get this resolved as soon as possible. The opener we installed is within the limits of the opener manufactured specifications however there might just be some internal issues with it and would be glad the switch the opener out for different style.
