    My wife and I went outside to smoke a cigarette and take our dog out. When we came back in we took the elevator up to the 3rd floor. When she turned around from pushing the 3rd floor button she slipped because there was a liquid on the floor (1 elevator floor, 1 - 3rd floor hallway floor pictures in supporting documents). We tried using the room phone to call the front desk, no answer. We walked down to the front desk, no one there. We used the after hours phone provided in the lobby, no answer. Went back up to the room and used our personal cellular phone, finally got an answer. I told her what had happened. She replied that she does not know how to contact the owners, and the only thing she does is answer the phone at night. Told us there was nothing she can do and had us contact customer relations. She didn't even give us the number before she hung up the phone on us. We got the number from google, and called 4 times (1 screenshot of call log available in Supporting Documents). The only thing that customer service did about it was act like they could not understand me and hung up the phone each time. Finally, I got agitated enough that I contacted your agency for assistance. This whole process took us about 1.5 hrs. and the urine is still on the floor, we notified the front desk directly after it happened ( within 10 minutes of the incident ).Now the time is 02:38 AM and it is still covering the elevator floor.
