    On 10/10/2022 I was charged $53.82 by the Cocoon lash and Spa that I did not authorized or approved with my debit card ending in ****. This card was not authorized at any time for it to be charged and had no knowledge this company stored my card information. After speaking with the owner Korey via text message, I was informed it was for a partial cancellation fee that the system automatically charge and claims that I authorized when I input my payment information which I did not because all the appointments were done by her and NEVER gave financial information because she has always done the scheduling via her system. I was also told it was attached to my name when I originally booked my appointment, which is NOT true. Korey said she would refund the money then changed her mind after my review on her company, customer service and business practices. The majority of the time I paid with cash or cashapp. Per my original payment and appointment via Groupon was done with groupon bucks and paypal, NO credit or debit card information was given nor required. I am requesting a refund and proof of a signed document, digital footprint and anything showing I authorized and approved of this company to keep my card on file and charge it for a service that she didn't provided and was well aware that she had issues with the glue as acknowledged by her via text message. The appointment was cancel do to her lack of being able to provide a service to where I could choose to pick a payment option of choice. I have never had an issue with paying, nor have any of my payment been insufficient to warrant a request for cash payment an hour or two before my appointment because her payment systems were down or she just didn't want to pay the fee to process the payments. When I messaged her to canceled I was NEVER advised of a cancelation fee and only got an ok.
