      I literally wish it was zero stars to give but ODR is some crooks and if they know your insurance is paying they will try to rob you ****** was told by one of there rep *** that a pack out would be around $3500 they billed my insurance $11289.77 just for the pack out alone And I know they will get on here and try to act like *********** and save face but most definitely Do Not Do business with company other contractors worn me about them and that what save me almost but it was already to late for the pack outthey will come out and want you to sign a contract with no price on It at all and want to tell you the price until when they are finished with the pack out and will try rob your insurance blind if you let them deal with your insurance. I even told them I would like to have my own storage unit and they took my things to they facility thats not open on weekends and only accessible Monday through Friday during business hours and all supervisor could say is Im sorry *** didnt have right to even give out numbers when he came to are home as there spokesman I promise if you thinking about giving a shot at your business run and you will thank me later and will be reporting them at the Better Business Bureau and as far as for ODR shame on you for taking advantage of people and need and save your comment of my review because I have proof of everything and my home had cameras active when you guys came out its all on camera

      I called them for an estimate but was never told there was a charge. A week later I received a bill For $165. I intend to pay this bill rather than fighting it out with them over it but do want to post this. Perhaps this will prevent others from having my problem

      It is our policy to communicate that when we write an estimate to be submitted to insurance for the collection of funds there is a charge incurred. This charge covers the use of the software, the expertise, training, and certifications. It should have also been communicated that we also apply that charge to your invoice for services rendered if you choose to use our company to perform the services. I appreciate your feedback and will make sure that I stress the need for communication with our team. If we failed to communicate at any level, we apologize sincerely.
