      My experience with **** Davis was not good, and this is the abbreviated NICE version. I am a single woman of a "certain age" and feel this had much to do with the service and lack of respect I recieved.My condo's vinyl planking flooded from a neighbor's outside faucet that wouldn't shut off. It was eventually capped off and fixed. The neighbor's insurance took liability and was aware of the *** rules and Covenant. My experience started with the office relaying incorrect information about my floor. Then ****** the boss argued in a raised voice, that PD couldn't do anything before they knew whose responsibility it was. This was after I assured him that ***************** had already taken liability and that the problem was no longer outside, but inside in MY condo.The crew was ready to pick up the floor, when I stopped them, and said that I needed to see an invoice and sent them out. I was frustrated and said I was unsure would use PD. I did use PD and the wet planking was picked up, but not the entire 12 x 14 area. The part that was left was under a entertainment center, which has produced some musty smells since. They taped down the vinyl that was left, leaving cement, duck tape and padding all at different heights. I was left with 2.5ft wide egress to expose the floor to drying. This was a poor arrangement. The next week various people came through measuring the room as well as using a Manaport for a 12 x 14 room. I voiced my concern about the use and cost of a Manaport because I had yet to see an invoice for the restoration part, and Zeke was made aware. The next day **** called and said they were too busy to do the restoration portion. This was curious since I assumed I was already in the queue?I believe leaving the floor with different heights and surfaces, contributed to me slipping and hitting my head on the cement sending me to ************ No bones broken, but I am presently using a cane to get around. Many of these issues were told to **** in QC.

      We had a leak in the wall of our laundry room. Paul D**** was very quickly responsive and everyone who came into our home was polite, pleasant and efficient. They did an great job!

      My condo was flooded due to a neighbor's negligence destroying carpeting, flooring and drywall. Paul Davis moved the furniture out and replaced everything quickly to our specifications. The people doing the work were professional and there when they said they would be there. They cleaned up after each day and the condo is beautiful! Thanks so much!! The Project Manager was great!!
