      On April 25th of 2024 I ordered a .460 Rowland conversion kit and two boxes of ammo for a total of $645.81. They said there was a 4 month backorder of which I was fine with, but now they won't return e-mails or phone calls.

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution.  The product was finally sent; it arrived today, 9/6/2024.  I am notifying my band to release the funds.

      I have ordered from this company in the past with no problems. On 3-4-2024 I ordered a 460 Rowland Barrel conversion kit for a pistol I own a Glock 21 in 45ACP , I was told on the phone it would take approximately two months , after two months I started calling and emailing the company and received no response. I have yet to receive any response from this company and in a few days 7-4-2024 it will be four months since I placed and paid for the ordered with my Bank Debit Card that was billed $494.63 onn3-5-2024 . This company is still current on the website taking orders for a multiple of products.
