      We spent more than $3000 on sofa and love seat. One was delivered with non working power port. Called them over and over, they won't pick up the phone. I leave a message and they won't call back. Talked to the sales person. Still no resolution. We want a full refund and they can take this back if that is the way they treat the customer.

      In the store and purchased a table & chairs on 11/3/24. Table delivered 11/19/24 after they called to try and sell me different chairs from the store because the ones I ordered to match the table didnt come in. They said I would get the chairs I ordered by Thanksgiving. Of course, no chairs by Thanksgiving. I tried calling the store but ALWAYS got voicemail and no one returned my calls. I went in 12/9/24 and was told my chairs were in a shipping container waiting to dock to unload onto trucks and I would have them by Christmas. Christmas passed. NO phone calls, no communication. I once again left numerous voicemails. None of my calls were returned. I went back into the store 1/14/25 and was told my chairs were on a truck that had just arrived and was given a home delivery date of 1/17/25. This date passed, no call from the store and no explanation. I once again left numerous voicemails on the store phone system and finally received a text message 2/2/25 from ******** who said she was looking into the matter and would contact me on Monday because she couldnt do anything over the weekend. I did not hear from the store Monday and at 4pm I decided to go to the store in person and demand a refund. It had been 94 days since my purchase and I was done with excuses and poor customer service. When I made my request in person I was told there was a problem. They had changed credit card processor and they had to contact their bank to figure out how to process the refund and the bank was closed?! They said they would contact me next day. I had heard nothing by 2:30pm so I sent a text message to ******** and she responded with we are still working on it. The next day came and went and no one contacted me. I went back into the store 2/6/25 and finally got my refund. 97 days after purchase and 4 personal trips into that store after the sale because customer service wouldnt communicate with me. Do NOT buy from this store - you will most likely regret it.

      Purchased furniture from Sunshine Furniture on July 30, 2024.Invoice Number ****** and customer ID ******. Delivered on July 30, 2024. A very personable man that went by the name "DW" was my salesman. This salesman won my trust and I did not question his knowledge or integrity. ******** called himself DW. ** knew we were trying to furnish an ** that was a rental to go to different locations. ** promised me the protection plan priced at $199.99 supplied by Guardsman Furniture Professional would cover this furniture regardless of location. I thought this was unusual so I questioned him extensively about this because some times the ** would be at some remote ** park. He said "no problem" it would still be covered. The technicians would go anywhere. I was given a copy of the policy after I paid. When I got home and read the policy , it became clear the protection would only cover the furniture if it was at my home. I would never have bought ** fabric furniture had I known the protection plan would not protect it. A day later I returned to the store to talk about an exchange for something more stain resistant. ** was close to the front of the store so I told him about policy and that I would like to look for something different. All of a sudden, this sweet salesman told me it was past the 48 hour for returns and that he forgot about the policy not covering the furniture if it wasn't in your home. He became rude and walked off. When I went to the cashier and explained about the policy and just wanted an exchange they were rude and told me the 48 hours started from the moment I signed and paid and not from the time it was delivered. I got mad and said they had misrepresented the sale and protection plan and I had never been told about the 48 hour return policy. In the end, I was forced to leave the store.August 12th, I sent a certified letter to Guardsman and copy to Sunshine stating I wanted to cancel policy and get a refund. No Refund

      It has been exactly one year since we bought our dual recliner couch and loveseat, within one year, we had to have our loveseat fixed, the couch had to be completely replaced and now we are having another issue with the loveseat. Not only is the quality of the furniture in poor condition, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I had to leave work to go up to the store to speak with someone because no-one would answer or call me back. I have never experience poor quality all the way around with any company I have dealt with before. Now I am stuck with a loveseat that can't be used and the store has been no help. I have tried requesting the owners information and was told they could not give that information to me, so I asked that they have them call me and of course, that never happened.

      The salesperson was great, friendly, told us the item we wanted was in stock. We paid almost $2500 for a recliner that we would pick up the next day. When we came to pick up the chair they couldn't find it. We were told they could find it and deliver it to us by that evening (Sunday), Monday at the latest. No call Sunday evening. No delivery or call back Monday. They don't have a store manager. And when you call you mostly have to leave a message. I went back and received a refund on Tuesday as they didn't have any idea where the chair was. No managers, no call-backs, no customer service, rude receptionist. No one you talk to can "help it". It took about a half hour to process a refund. No fault of the cashiers: she had to wait for someone in accounting to process the refund. The most ridiculous place of "business" I have ever experienced. No accountability whatsoever.

      We purchased flexsteel lift chair for my daughter and immediately the remote wasn’t working so we got another remote mailed to us and then realized the electrical component in the chair was defective. Our many calls and messages were ignored. Finally we were told someone would contact us to come to our home and if not repaired would replace the chair. Months have passed and now after contacting flexsteel we were called to say the part was being ordered and Andy would contact us when it arrives. Recently when I asked how much longer I was told our warranty expired and parts were back ordered so here we have an expensive flexsteel lift chair that my daughter had difficulty trying to use. Is this the standard service for Sunshine furniture store Tulsa location?? I have not found the terms of agreement even though I have to check that I have read whatever to submit this complaint.

      I purchased a recliner on 11/28/2022. On 2/27/2023 a piece on the footrest broke rendering the recliner useless. I called them on 2/27/23 & was told they would order a new part & someone would come out & replace the broken one.
      3/8 2023 Called for a status. Left a message on voice maul for them to return my call.
      No return call
      3/9/2023 I called again. The parts person wasn’t there but would all me back tomorrow
      No return call
      3/10/2023 which was a Friday I called again & left message on voice mail to call me
      No return call
      Called again & was told they would call the manufacturer for a time frame for the
      part receipt & they would call me back on Monday
      No return call
      3/14/2023 (Tuesday). Called again & left message on voice to please return my call
      No return call
      3/15/2023 Called again & left another message to please call me. So far no response
      I paid $1844.78 for this recliner & it broke within 3 months. My husband has had 2 strokes & has cancer & on chemo. He sleeps in this recliner which is also a lift chair. He uses a walker & has been using a footstool which is hard for him to maneuver. He has congestive heart failure & must keep his feet elevated.
      If they’re not going to make good on the purchase I wish they would do the right thing & tell me rather than just stringing me along
