    This company also called (Williams) operates a Compressor station right beside our home. They have provided us with a number to call if we are experiencing some problems due to their compressor station and they will not return our calls. The number is ************** and states in the message that someone will get back to you. We also have another number that we were given and her name is ****. Her number is **************. When we would call these numbers in the past **** would return our calls. I called **** on February 20th,21st,23rd and 27th with no response. I called the ***** number on February 18th, 22nd, and 25th with no response. The ***** number has not responded for at least 9 months or more. We are just asking for a return phone call. Please help us to resolve this problem.

    The complainant is a resident of **** who lives near a Williams facility. Our Operations team investigates her complaint(s) to assess any abnormal operating conditions. Williams facility operates in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and permit conditions.

    I have read their response.  When you call the number that they gave us to call ************** you have to leave a message and the message you get from them says that someone will return your call.  They do not return your call.  They are not being honest about responding.  We have not heard from them since last year and we have called the number numerous times.  If they are not going to return calls then they should change their message.
