    Date at least 4 months ago we received our back french doors, the door did not have a latch on the screen door, we have spent 4 moths of stating they keep sending them the wrong part for the door, it's been almost a year since we ordered the door waited the allot time for the door to be made and delivered, they have been out here 4 times stating each time they sent them the wrong part, the last time it was set up for them to come out they did not show up, all we watch is the latch for the screen door if the wind catches the door just right it going to rip it off. We feel we are getting the run around as the door has been paid in full and they just keep putting us off the guy that comes out has messed with the door it's out of sorts now and catches up at the top of the door causing the paint to come off of the door. We just want the latch fixed, they have lost the sell of the window due to taken this long to get a latch for the door.

    Atrempted to cancel several times. No one would answer when we called the number. Shortly after they came to measure, we told them we wanted to cancel. They told us the winows had already been made. They ordered windows in spite of this. It is now on our credit and we have no windows and are being billed.

    We have refunded the sale in full. There were some communication errors and do apologize for the delayed confirmation of the job being cancelled.
