I strongly recommend to ANYONE who has Compu-link servicing the mortgage on your property is to REQUEST the loan accounting! I suspected things were higher than they should have been when I wanted to pay my deceased mothers rev **** and save our home of 30 yrs. When I got the accounting I found 10's of *****'s of dollars in junk fee's, they claimed they paid property taxes when I showed them proof my mother or I did. They would not take the ***** off of the account and continued extorting me with threats of taking my home. They piggy backed the NOD and the NOT and did not send me the NOD like it is stipulated in the contract. HUD would not call me back when they were pushing my home into wrongful foreclosure. Unjust Enrichment, *****, Theft, Federal Rules and regs violated, unacknowledged Notices of Error, ignored Qualified Written Requests, they called me with threats while equity stripping my home preventing me from getting funding just so they can get away with the theft. And OUR Govt chose these cold calculating corporation to do this to the elderly that thought this was a good thing to help them stay in their home. A "NO-recourse loan" means the borrower hasn't ANY recourse as far as protections against this machine. So I will be homeless in my mid 60's and my home sold out from under me just for these thieves to steal me and so many others blind! They nailed me for over charging the loan $35k. Sold my home at auction after my work at protecting it through probate being the ONLY asset under a mountain of elder abuse debt. Then these liars and thieves pull their c*** because they can and get away with it... sick... just sick!

I am writing to file a complaint, and inform you that my Mothers rights have been violated. Together we requested a a Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure on July 18, 2024 (for a *** HECM Reverse Mortgage). To date Compu-Link, has not notified us of any progress on processing this, nor have they completed this process. On my first call to them back on July 18, 2024 they told me the process would take up to 90 days. It has now been 227 days. On July 18, 2024 my Mother, ***** L. ******** (with my help as POA and Trustee of her Family Trust) requested a Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure via email to the *** HECM Loan Servicer Compu-Link. I made very clear to Compu-Link (via numerous phone calls, and email correspondence) that I am ****, my Mother is on her own, elderly (88 at the time) with failing physical and mental health, and very limited financial resources (and has since passed away on February 20, 2025). This matter has STILL not been resolved, nor have we had any correspondence updating us on the status. With her limited financial resources she has had to hire a lawyer to help her, and also reached out to her OR State Senator to intervene on her behalf. This has caused my Mother no end of stress, and as mentioned, she passed away last week. This is truly a travesty. They are the absolute worst. If I could give them zero stars I would. SHAME ON THEM!!!!

Whenever they send me a "form" to fill out I.E. did you pay your insurance; do you still live in house; did you pay your property taxes, I return the paper promptly. Two months later I always get a second notice that I did not return the first notice and am threatened with calling my loan due. They are awful.

No other numbers found after searching ****** except a 918 number that was non functioning. This is my **************** and I cant reach them?
