      Thieves. I Ordered delivery. My debit card was charged, but no groceries delivered and a refund was refused I'm diabetic and hungry. They have a hold on my account so I have no more money to get food elsewhere.

      False advertisement of prices. The shelf tag will list a discounted price for their app users, but it'll ring up higher at checkout. Example: They have shredded cheese for $5.99, the tag says $4.99 -$1.00= $3.99 for digital coupon users. The item will NEVER ring up at the lower price of $3.99. It will charge you for $4.99. Yes, $5.99-$1.00 equals $4.99, but $4.99 is not what the shelf tag lists as the coupon user's price. It lists $3.99 and that is what the item SHOULD BE. You NEVER list a low price and not honor it. They are trying to scam people the same way Dollar General scams customers. They also kill our ecosystem by selling harmfully invasive plants from ****** and ****. They rarely, if ever, sell native plants. Corporate greed, no better than ********

      At Brookshire Grocery Company, we strive to be competitive and fair with our pricing while providing incredible customer service in our stores. We understand that shopping styles are different for all customers, and we strive to accommodate our loyal shoppers including those who shop online.  We encourage customers to take advantage of the various ways to save that the company provides. For digital coupon users, the customers must enter their Reasor’s Rewards Card number into their account and clip the coupon to receive the discounted offer. 



       



      BGC has not now, nor ever sold any plant or flower from Europe or Asia. The plants the Company sells are typically grown in Florida or Canada and are extremely beneficial to the environment, especially through air purification.



       



      At BGC, our number one focus is people. Our tradition of outstanding service was instilled over 95 years ago when W.T. Brookshire placed the customer as his top priority.  You are a valued customer, and we appreciate your business.

      Very unfriendly employee in the bakery and manager Bernie not sympathetic with customer satisfaction. We I told him I would stop shopping there Bernie said ok and conversation was over. All because They would not give me something too put cookie cakes in except a large cake box. They usually give them but used the supply chain issues and had to save the clear muffin containers. Nobody really cared and both was hateful.
