Very unprofessional they are just taking all the employee leads and taking the money out from under the employees to benefit the company then let go of the employees. The owner and ***

Do not use this company! They are a total nightmare. My skylight leaked after having them replace my roof because they committed insurance fraud by reusing the old flashing instead of the new flashing that was paid for. It took forever to get them to even put a tarp over it. I then had to wait again for them to send someone to fix it. The people they sent to “fix” my skylight had no clue what they were doing. They broke the entire skylight & left the dome in pieces, the frame detached from the house, and my wall cracked. At this point I’m 6 months into this situation and still don’t have repairs made. Finally someone contacts me and says they are going to have a subcontractor replace both my skylights can they come by to look at them. I get home and both skylights are gone and replaced with particle board. You can see the sunlight so it can’t be sealed properly and it’s January. My house is freezing and probably getting more damaged with each rain and now snow. I asked for his subcontractors name & look them up on the Secretary of State. Their license is inactive & they are not authorized to conduct business. When I ask about this he tries to lie until I say where I got my information. Next he says can we drop the new skylights off and you can have them installed by someone else, we will cover the cost? Obviously I agree to that but when I go outside to look at the “new” skylights, they are tinted dark, look like a child spray painted them, and the dome & frame don’t fit properly together. I’m probably going to have to go to court to get this settled so I would do yourself a favor and find another company.
