    I've been trying to cancel my membership for two months due to discrimination.I no longer want to be harassed or contacted by this business.

    We're sorry for any confusion about the customer's responsibilities when he purchased his membership online. His signed agreement is attached. Per the agreement, a 30-day notice to cancel is required. We received his email request to cancel on 3.21 and processed his cancellation request (attached).

    His final payment was scheduled for 4.1.25. However, we were unable to draft his February annual fee (provided for in the agreement), nor his March dues payment, due to insufficient funds in his credit card account. The April payment also remains unpaid. 

    We apologize that he thinks we've been harassing him. It is our duty to reach out via phone, email, and letter when a customer has a past due balance. The screenshot he provided here is an example of how we request payment and billing updates from our members.  

    We will need to continue to contact him as part of our collections process. We have noted his account to email only, however, as a courtesy to him. There will also be one more letter sent before we review the account for transfer to a third party for collections.

    If the customer has further questions, we're happy to correspond with him directly.
