      I took my son to the @nextcare ********* clinic in Tulsa for an earache/sore-throat. The medical assistant said she would test for covid/flu....I explained to both the doctor and the medical assistant my primary concern was strep or some type of bacterial infection and declined any covid/flu testing. This obviously irritated the medical assistant who then became angry and aggressive. I was very clear in explaining I DO NOT want any covid/flu test! The medical assistant leaves and then returns to the room with a swab so I assume she is testing for strep. She did not walk my son through what she was doing or what to expect, in fact, she did not speak at all! Without any warning she just rams the swab up my son's nose!!!! I am still in shock and honestly I am very concerned @nextcare allows someone who is clearly unstable to interact with patients! This is medical negligence and battery! I would be very cautious about visiting any @nextcare clinic
