      Thank you for sending your attending, ***, he was courteous and polite, he didn't take long for an estimate on my air conditioner and furnace I am definitely considering his offer, thank you so much, however, I wish the estimate was a little less, still thanks

      ******* ***** from Temperature Pro provided excellent service with our gas furnace. We had a loose wire with our Thermostat and did a cleaning with gas leak check. Would recommend this company and service tech ******* *****.

      We have had excellent service in the past from their Vietnam Veteran employee. Our service on Oct 16 didn't go that way at our Annual Maintenance Operational Inspection with ******* *****. Scheduled for 10 am to 2 pm, he didn't arrive until noon. When he and his assistant arrived, I told ******* one of our units wasn't working right. He checked it and said it was turning on and off okay. He and his assistant finished the Inspection of all our units within 2 hrs and left. After they left, I realized the unit I had mentioned, was still not running right so had to call Temperature Pro to report it and schedule a revisit to find the problem. It turned out to be a blown capacitor, which was one of the items to be checked on the Operational Inspection the first time he was here, so I am not confident at all at this point on ******* ******* Operational Inspection of all our units.

      *************** awesome people!!! Had a problem with my AC unit and they were quick to respond. ***** was at our home hours prior to our scheduled appointment. Took him only a couple of minutes to figure out what was wrong and explained it to where i could understand! On top of that he saved my family so much i mean a lot of money!! I also really appreciate how he went straight to the problem and fixed it without trying to upsell anything. Thanks *****! And thank you Temperature Pro!! We will be coming back and well be sure to recommend you!
