    The lady that runs the place was VERY rude we called ahead of time because we lived far and my girl had an appointment at 11:30 . They said they were on lunch from ***** and to come at 12 but then we got there at 12 and they locked the door and said they are going to lunch until 1 and so my girl said thats why we called we live far and cant wait. And the lady got really rude and said she didnt have a f****** crystal ball so I got upset and left a review on ****** . and so when they are off lunch an hour later we go in and the lady is denying us service if I dont delete the ****** review saying they were very rude but this appointment is for fingerprints for my girl to get her job so they are affecting a lot by denying her service . Im the one who left the review not her anyways . So I thought this was illegal sounding like black mail almost . And looking at the other bad reviews a ton of people complain about her for the same things . So we get to arguing and ***** name calling both ways honestly then some random guy comes from out back of their business and grabs me and throws me out the door I almost tripped and could have even possibly fell forward and hit my face or fell down the stairs .. so this was assault in my opinion at this point and I am blown away that this has even happened mentally and emotionally and my neck hurt as bit from the whiplash of him throwing me out worst business ever horrible customer service then to black mail us then me get assaulted I just feel like after so many other bad complaints on ****** somebody needs to investigate this business and the lady who runs it . Even another lady that was waiting outside had said she went the day prior and the same lady was rude then too just smart remarks .u can even see the owner replying to ****** reviews arguing with people its a good show of character . Please help me find a resolution to this my girl missed her job opportunity also because of this place
