      I contacted Living Water to install an irrigation system in my lawn and flowerbeds. They came out last fall and installed the system. While on the job site I informed ***** (the owner) that we had a lot of pots that we put out in the spring. The pots were still out so he was able to see the enormity of pots we put out. I asked him about putting in some drip irrigation lines for the pots. He told me that once we get all of the pots in place next spring to call and they would come out and install the drip irrigation. When I called for them to come back out this year, the technician informed me that it would cost me an additional $1,800.00 to install the drip irrigation lines. Nothing was mentioned last fall that there would be additional cost involved with the install of the drip irrigation. My goal in getting an irrigation system was to eliminate hand watering. We are still hand watering for over 2 hours per day to keep the potted plants from dying. We cannot even take a vacation due to the fact we have to water daily. I find this to be an absolute horrible way to conduct business. I would have definitely chosen an alternate company to do business with if I knew this is the way Living Water conducts business. If I could give negative stars I would, but I will be giving the lowest that I can.

      Zach is a great technician and understands the importance of customer service and communication. Living Water has overhauled our multiple sprinkler systems and stand behind their work.... We're a loyal customer because of it....
