    BBB, I believe Greenleaf Lawn LLC is a fraud. The company did not completely provide me or honor its written Estimate dated 8.5.2024 of the lawn service treatments of step #5 at my property of **********************************************************I am requesting at this time for Greenleaf Lawn LLC to please refund my $65 in full for not treating my entire lawn for liquid fertilizer and spot treatment of step #5 on Wed. *********.For reporting to Greenleaf Lawn LLC, Manager ****** ****** on Thurs. 8.22.2024 AM that Tech ****** ****** did not treat my entire lawn from step #5 treatment from the day before; that he only treated a small portion of my lawn for crab grass in the front yard; when I have crab grass on the entirety of my ***** sf lawn.I'm sorry, but I paid Greenleaf Lawn LLC to treat my entire lawn of ***** sf; and not an estimate of ******* sf of my front lawn when Manager ****** ****** tells me that my request was of "unrealistic expectations" and that my services account with them would be canceled that day of Thurs. 8.22.2024 because I kindly asked her when ****** would return to finish treating my lawn. BBB, again, I am requesting that Greenleaf Lawn LLC to please give me back my money because they are trying to defraud me; and I don't like to be cheated out of my money for services they clearly did not provide.Thank you,****** Warrior

    Ms. ******* signed up for the weed control program at the beginning of August. We treated her lawn for Round 5 on August 7, 2024 and invoiced her at the quoted and agreed to cost of $65. Because her entire yard was crabgrass, we scheduled a free service call, which was performed on 8/21/24. After the service visit, Ms ******* complained that her entire lawn was not treated during the service visit on 8/21. It was explained to Ms. ******* that service calls are spot treating weeds and typically, will include a gallon of chemicals to spot treat. Our technician used the full amount in his backpack (7 gallons) on Ms. *******'s lawn for the service visit, which should be priced around $150. She received this treatment for free. With her entire lawn being weeds, it takes a full year to get her lawn to start looking in shape. Ms. ******* has unrealistic expectations, our costs exceed what we invoiced and she was not charged for what she is complaining about. Therefore, we do not owe her a refund. Thank you.
