    I had high hopes in using Smolen. I was assigned to a ****. **** was not the person I was referred to but I went with it. After she missed our scheduled I knew it was a red flag. When we finally spoke she lacked compassion. She made sure to tell me it would cost a lot of money and take a long. I dropped of more medical records and waited. After two months there was no follow up. When I called she was on vacation and when I called again she was in a meeting. Now that she finally called she said she nor her colleges would take my case so to lack of hours, which is fine. For some one like me who almost died to the carelessness of another person, it makes me angry that there was no communication. I could have reach out to someone else sooner because my life matters. Its ok if she or them didnt want to take the case but the lack of communication, Not calling back when I was told they would is fustrating. I didnt want to waste anyones time but unfortunately mine was. Dont ignore the red flags!
