    Their website claims that theyre the best in customer service but thats far from the truth. While getting a new ID, I witnessed the African American lady be rude to every single person she helped including me. She accused one person of lying and even said do you not know how to read? very rudely when a woman came in and asked where to sign in. After I waited my turn and got my new ID, I asked for her name to report her and her response was I dont have to give you shit! I then asked for her supervisors name and she ignored me. Anything I said or asked for after that was ignored. Terrible customer service. You dont have to be a b*tch to people just trying to go about their life. If you check their 1 star reviews on ******, they all have the same complaint! I cant believe this placed is recognized for their customer service when its the worst that Ive ever received. It should be illegal how rude and hateful this lady was.
