      Don’t buy from Appliance Solutions in Tulsa
      July 2022 I purchased a Maytag refrigerator/freezer side by side and purchased an Extended Warrenty. The sales team was great and I gave the store a 5 star review. My 1 1/2 year old refrigerator stopped working and I called Appliance Solution to come make a repair. Very long upsetting story of deceit and incompetence in their repair/Warrenty department. It has been over 3 weeks and our refrigerator has still not been repaired. Don’t buy from companies that won’t fix their products.

      Thank you for your review. I apologize for your service experience, and would like to re-explain for the delay in the repair as we discussed previously. The manufacturer switched to a new freon system that not many companies can work on due to the newness of this R600 and the equipment needed for the repair. Once we found out that it was indeed a refrigerant issue that we could not help with, we recommended to the extended warranty company to use another service provider that has R600 equipment. That was quickly handled and reported the same day the service was preformed. The delay issue, was caused when the other service company called you to schedule, and you told them that we were repairing your fridge, when we told you we could not. Once you called the store, stating the delay issue you were experiencing, I personally made calls to your extended warranty company as well as the service provider you declined and resolved those issues. From my understanding, the repair company has repaired your fridge and the extended warranty company is providing a food loss reimbursement to you. We are very sorry that the delay was caused, but happy to know that your refrigerator is now repaired. Thank you for your time, and we hope to serve you in the future.
