    Thankful for *****. He has been to our house several times to repair our washer and dryer. Very knowledgeable. If you don't get anyone when you call just leave a voicemail and they will call you right back.

    Do not use. The tech has no idea what he is talking about. And I called to cancel the appointment and left it on their vm as I would not be able to be at the place of business I was calling about. The tech showed anyway and did nothing but tell my coworkers the washer was going out. It is still running almost 6 months later. AND they charged me for the service when I had asked them not to come!!! Poor service! One star because you can’t leave zero.
