      Buyer beware !!! Do your research !!!Check out ****** Reviews, ****, ********. Dig and carefully read the negative reviews. There's a lot of good information in there. Take with a grain of salt all the five star reviews.Notice how all negative reviews are turned around by the respondent, making it appear that the fault is with the person writing the complaint. DO YOUR HOMEWORK !!!

      Purchased a modular from this company in Aug. 2021. We JUST moved into our home end of Sep, 2023!!! On top of that, unapproved design changes, inferior quality, all house main doors are installed incorrectly and are either off center or won’t seal, master shower floor groans horribly when you step into it, no hot water ran to the master bathtub, many accents either not provided or switched out unapproved, the electrical keeps tripping on the house, and so much more. This was supposed to be our dream home and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Literally zero contact from these people since we moved in. They KNOW this house isn’t finished and they refuse to make it right after keeping us in limbo for over 2 years. I could go on and on about why you shouldn’t use this company. Save yourself the trouble and just build your home.

      When I bought this home I later discovered that Mike ****** owner of LifeWay home is paying ****** to install smaller ductwork to save him money and get them business then later on I found out that they are putting the wrong hot water tanks in they installed one that says not fit for mobile home later found out he was getting a better price on them before I had the house put in I told them they were putting it on the wrong kind of dirt now my house is falling apart I called them several times while it was under warranty and after the warranty was up he finally answered my call and told me that the warranty was up there's nothing he could do about it the carpet in the house was falling apart I had to pull it out the paint chipped off very easily this man is a very crooked man and I suggest you do not do business with LifeWay homes at all they will not stand behind what they sell they would also lie to me and say they would be out to look at the problems and never show up and now my foundation is ruining my house this was going to be my forever home but now it's not fit to live in
