      Dispute: Credit Card Charge
Merchant name: Red Canyon Wellness- Massage Theraphy
      Transaction/Dispute amount: $89.00
      Service's: Deep Tissue Massage
Reason for dispute: Services not rendered.

      On September 1, 2022. I was billed $89.

During the month of September, I never received the services/massage from the listed business.

My original appointment was schedule for September 29, 2022. Due to an emegency, I rescheduled the September services for October 13, 2022.

October 3, 2022, I received a text message of cancellation for the October 13th appointment. I notified the business, in reference to the matter, I was told the manager was not available.

I've reached out to the businesd several times via phone to resolve the matter. As to date, no response from management nor, a refund.

Nicole ****** is my massage therapy and can confirm services was never rendered.

On 11/05/22, I last spoke with Amanda the reception. She confirmed services was never rendered and management needed to reimburse me.

I don't feel comfortable returning to the business.

It's not the money, it's the principal of the matter, that I prepaid for services that was never rendered. I pay my bills, when it's a legitimate debt.

      Note:
The merchant charged me $25 for no show for September appointment. In addition to $89 for prepaid services on September 1st, in which I didn't receive services.

Therefore, If I didn't show up due to an emergency in September, I'm still owe one visit. Correct? In which the reason, I rescheduled the September appointment for October 13th. They cancelled. My guess would be their upset because, on September 29th I terminated all and future services starting October 1st.
The merchant refused to reimburse the $89 charge for services not rendered. However, didn't dispute the $25 no show credit charge.
      Respectfully submitted, Mrs. ******* *. *****.

This is a false accusation. The woman who I have been asked not to mention is a lying , thieving, horrible person. She has stolen hundred of dollars from our company, trashed our social media accounts and made several scenes in the office. She already called the credit card companies, lied about everything and got her money back so I don't know why she is still filing complains. I am happy to contest any and all accusations this woman has made.
