    I had 2 follow up visits with ********************************** on 1/24/2024 and 2/6 2024 after having a procedure on two toes.I had a in-grown toe-nail on one toe. On my 2 follow up visits I showed him that I had Puss coming out from under my toe-nail and he said it was just water collecting from taking a shower.This went on for over a month and even after him giving me a antibiotic. I gave a poor ****** review and the *** commented to give them a call and it took 4 days for them to call after multiple attempts to contact them by Phone. I ended up going to a different Podiatrist and I had a badly infected toe and the doctor said needed to remove the toe-nail and prescription for a stronger antibiotic.The *** said that they would not refund my money and compared it to eating at a restaurant and I ate the food???

    We are in a difficult position because we can not violate HIPAA regulations but because ****************** has added information I can respond only to what he said.  To begin, ****************** has not given you all the information and some of what he gave you is completely inaccurate.  This complaint is completely invalid and as he indicated in the complaint, this was an attempt to be refunded for a service that was in fact rendered to him.  He was given a service, which was done properly, for which he was charged.
