      Going on 2 days now paid them all my money and- no marijuana card!!! They are slow to answer emails after they get your money of course I think it's a scam they don't even give cards. They just ..take your money and ask for more and more documents putting you off so their fraudulent charges to your account can go through. Don't be fooled these people are fake!!! They stole my money!!!!They don't give out medical marijuana cards and aren't doctors!!!! Don't give these people your money they won't return it!!!! I really needed that card now I have to go find a local doctor to see but these people took my money so I can't pay!!!This is terrible!!! Worst service ever don't do it!!!!

      I had one mistake after another with this company. My medical marijuana application was rejected because the doctor did not date or address my application correctly. Instead of fixing it, they submitted another application with SAME MISTAKES! I was days away from my license expiring so I paid for another application. I have never received a rejection, so I was not aware of the process and apparently neither was Elevate Holistics. They did not give any instructions or updates on anything along the way. I had to call to get updates, and was always treated like I was an idiot! They did offer to refund me the fee for the full service. I waited over 2 weeks for the refund, nothing. I called on April 19th to check on it, was treated like an idiot again, and told that they processed the refund on April 3rd. I asked to verify the card number, but apparently only managers can do that. So, I had to wait. I received a call back saying that it was refunded on the 3rd and finally provided the last 4 digits of the card they refunded. WAS NOT MY CARD!!!!!! They refunded the WRONG card! They eventually corrected THEIR error, but did not bother to tell me. I had to call again. Talked to a rude individual who basically tried to make me feel stupid. I had to raise my voice for her to say sorry for the inconvenience. WAY TOO LITTLE WAY TOO LATE!
