  In an industry rife with con men, I cannot recommend the honesty and integrity of Garrett at US Mineral Exchange enough!
  Before Garrett, I had received several offers in the mail, and phone calls from various buyers who seemed legit and ‘salt of the earth’ type of people.
  ***WORD TO THE WISE***
  Most of these guys have zero intention of honoring the amount they offer you! “Flipping” your rights seems to be common practice here. What they do is offer you a high amount and then come back and claim there are issues with the title work etc and offer you significantly less. But you can’t do anything about it because you’ve already signed the deed. They then turn around and sell your rights to another buyer for a much higher price. Don’t fall for this gag!
  Thankfully I reached out to a trusted mineral rights lawyer based out of Texas, Aimee ****. (Side note- If you need an incredible lawyer, she’s your gal! I also asked her, in addition to Garrett, to look over any and all contracts before signing anything.) When I reached out, Aimee told me other clients of hers had been very happy with their experience with Garrett, adding, “He really has the seller’s best interests at heart.”
  I couldn’t be happier with the decision to go with USME. It was worth every penny of the commission to know I was protected, dealing with a straightforward person, and getting the most possible for my rights. He got me nearly double even seemingly legit previous offers. I’m beyond pleased! Everything moved along smoothly and efficiently, as he had said it would. He explained the whole process, and answered all of my many questions with patience and clarity.
  Garrett at US Mineral Exchange is honest. He is straightforward. He’s knowledgeable. He’s connected. He’s reputable. He’s pleasant. And he’s effective. It’s a no brainer to go with these guys.

  I just had the best experience of my life. I had the great pleasure to meet Garrett at US Mineral Exchange. First of all and most important to me is that Garrett is the definition of a gentleman. He was always patient, courteous and polite. He patiently answered all of my many questions and guided me through the entire process of selling my mineral rights. We got a little over the best offer. Closing went smoothly and the check was wired into my account the day signed documents were received. I had no worries once I spoke with Garrett. He is extremely professional and just a decent, trusted individual. I highly recommend working with Garrett at US Mineral Exchange. It was a pleasure.

  Garrett ****** at U.S Mineral Exchange was great to work with. He walked me through multiple scenarios and patiently answered all my questions. When I decided to sell he was able to sell the mineral rights on the exchange at my targeted price. Closing was within 10 days of the offer. Money wired to my account same day. Seamless process. Highly recommend.

  It began with an unsolicited bid to buy our mineral rights. After a brief on-line search, it became quickly apparent that I could not alone determine what was a reasonable offer. I completed the online free consultation form. Within 24 hours, I got a call from Garrett ******. He walked me through the process and explained that I would be in control throughout the process. Garrett guided and advocated for us. In the end, we got an offer that exceeded our expectations. Our closing took less than a week and the payment was in our account same day.   If you are in the market to sell mineral rights, you can't find a more qualified person than Garret at US Mineral Exchange. He is very professional and will keep you informed with every step of the sale. Garret never fails to respond to your questions. You will never feel like you are being misled. You can be confident that Garret is working for you and your best interest. He produced returns far above my expectations. FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG !
