      My loan was sold immediately to MCC. At the very beginning it was very rocky. When your loan is sold There is always a transition. Where no one wants to accept your payment. I sent them a principal payment and they held it for two months before they applied it which I did not like because I was still paying interest even though they wouldn’t accept any payments. They also refused an extra principal payment after the middle of the month because they told me it was their policy. I sent a copy of my contract stating I could make a principal payment anytime I chose and they did allow me to do that. Since those initial first few months of having to fight with them to give me what they should’ve given me from the beginning everything has been very good. I go to the website rather than have my payment taken out make my own payment and if I want to add principal I can within two days I can go and see that that principle was applied. I can also check to make sure I was charged the right amount of interest. I have been with them now for seven years and I have no complaints whatsoever.
