      At first everything seemed fine until the movers showed up then I was charged more money and then they wanted to pack something a different way and I was charged for that as well then they were late with the delivery and charged me ********************************************************************************************************* find one that was able to have a tractor trailer be able to pull in and I went further away from my house to do so then they would not even come look at it before charging me and I explained that ****** maps was not updated and that is what they were going off of and would not listen to what I was saying, I also called and spoke with several people with no one ever getting back to me.

      This is the contract they sent me through the sub contractor but I could not ask questions to them I had to go through northern moving systems and they never would get back to me.

         Thank you for your review. You stated within your review, that you setup your delivery to take place at ****************** Self Storage, because the owner had confirmed that a semi-truck could access the facility. That is not true, **** I have attached 3 screenshots that depict the owner's response. Upon investigation, the owner of ****** River Self Storage has confirmed that a semi-truck can not turn around in the facilities lot. I posted the contact information for ****** River self storage below. The driver had no choice, but to utilize a shuttle, in order to complete your delivery. So, this means the shuttle-fee is legitimate. This fee is listed within your contract. You were not truthful about this, within your review. You also stated that the movers charged you additional volume cost. The reason why, is because you added to your shipment, during the pickup process. The obligation of the company, is the list of goods that you provide to be estimated. If you add additional inventory during the pickup process, of course, your shipping costs will increase accordingly. You had no reason to file this review against our company. We are a good company, who does everything possible, in order to provide a quality service. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our work.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not add anything to the order your agent did not do the estimate correctly and then your company wanted to repack things and charged me for the repacking and on top of that when I spoke with Northern I stated 3 times that the driver would have to back in and that was with someone on the phone before I left ***** and was told it was not a problem, then once it came time to deliver it was. Also to add to everything when the delivery was dropped off the driver attempted to pull around the other side of the building to charge me for their long carry fee it was not until I had to be rude that they moved the truck back to the other side so I would not be charged for that as well. This company has been a scam service at every point in this and needs to be handled.

        **** you did have additional items. The estimator recorded 34-items to ship. This list of items were provided by you. All clients are informed both verbally, and in writing, to check their list of inventory for accuracy, prior to the pickup date. You shipped a total of 48-items on pickup day. The additional items increased the volume shipped by 53 cubic feet. You agreed to ship the additional goods, along with your original list of items. I have forwarded the Better Business Bureau, screenshots of your estimate reflecting 34-items, and the pickup day paperwork, reflecting the additional items. As it pertains to situations of additional items not provided to our estimator, prior to pickup: Our responsibility to our client's, is the list of goods recorded within the estimate, which are provided by our client's, during the estimation process. If a client packs some or all of their own goods, they must be packed in order to be shipped safely. Sometimes, we determine that additional packing is required, to sufficiently protect the item, or items. I am also forwarding the ****** a satellite photo of the storage facility. We do not take our semi-trucks into tight cornered facilities, such as that one. Nor, do we ever back a semi-truck into a facility with that kind of access. We are a good moving company. If we are legitimately in the wrong, we will make it right. In this situation, we were not wrong. We fully investigate all service-related complaints filed against our company, as we have this one. We will not be compensating **************, in this case. Thank you and have a nice day.

      I am rejecting this response because: The only reason why the forms were inaccurate are because of their worker not taking down the correct inventory or them providing the correct information to me and made things seem much smoother than they actually were this company is nothing more than scammers looking to make a quick dollar off of people, each and every step with this company costed me more money and it never ended even at the drop off when I had to yell at their driver to make sure they couldnt charge me for a long carry charge and the ****** maps air shots again are not accurate as stated before and these scam artists still making the same claim this joke of company needs to be put out of business as their ethics are awful and it is clear by the several other BBB inquiries on them:
