      I recently hired Northern moving system for my relocation, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. *****, ****, and ****** were phenomenal! They demonstrated the utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. Not only were they friendly and courteous, but they also worked incredibly efficiently. They handled my belongings with care and ensured everything was transported safely to my new home. I was amazed at how fast they were able to complete the job without sacrificing quality. All of our packers are fully trained. They are also trained to be the utmost professional. We love seeing reports like this. It tells us that our crewmen are doing well.       Do not use this moving company, our furnitures, household items and collections which are mostly antiques were mostly broken and were not handled with care. They have different movers that are independent contractors and it was such a mess when they picked up our stuff because pretty much it is like a scam wherein the customer were made to believe about the estimate but then when it is the day of the pick up, the mover Will give you a price that is too far from the estimate in which as a customer you wont have the choice but to take it especially if you are selling your house and your closing is the day after. The estimate was day and night when it comes to the difference and so it was enormous which you would think they will take care of your stuff because you paid so much money. But no it ended up with a lot of our furnitures and breakable being broken. So beware! Now that we are trying to claim. No one has even responded to us so we might end up hiring a lawyer. This is a warning to a lot of people who have collectibles and those that have furnitures that meant so much to them. Find another company!!!

      While customer service was terrific at the front-end of my move, I couldnt get anyone to respond after the move when we discovered that one of my boxes was missing. I emailed 5 people at *** that I worked with to book the move and none of them has responded after 2 weeks and two emails.

      I recently moved with Northern Moving Systems. Now, I really do not know much about moving. I have done it a few time, but I was still married and did not have much say in the matter. This time, I had to plan it all myself and I really did not want anything to go wrong. A colleague had mentioned they knew about this company, but had not used them before. I decided to take a leap of faith and go with them. The team that showed up was very friendly and swift. When they arrived, they introduced themselves and explained everything they would be doing. They move very fast, which is both good and bad. I was not expecting everything to go to plan, as it did, so I had to get my sister to accept my delivery while I was driving!. They really were fantastic.

      We recently used Northern Moving Systems for the second time. During both moves, ***** worked with the utmost professionalism and respect. The movers acted efficiently and quickly, yet treated our belongs carefully. ***** offered us competitive pricing and flexibility to best suit our needs during our somewhat chaotic house closing. They were quick to answer both calls and emails, thoroughly answering questions and addressing concerns. We would wholeheartedly recommend Northern Moving Systems.
