my car is sitting in their place for >1mo th and work has not yet started!!!!We had an accident from snow storm with our Volvo xc40 sliding and hitting the curb. The car was towed by the Volvo service to the authorized dealer on 2/22/25. The insurance adjuster was there in 1day after I filed a claim on the following week and approved the work order. They wanted supplemental approval for more. The adjuster has been there twice, but they cant even get the car on the lift. One service manager got fired and replaced with **** ******. He started blaming insurance and making ****************** knowing that I was in touch with the adjuster). They denied a loaner to replace for my Certified pre owned Volvo XC40 ultimate. After more than a month **** said he is sending g a loaner, which never arrived. Eventually he sent a loaner on 3/26/25. It doesnt help us much as its my 16year old son who needs the car. We cant give ours as we drive big cars like Lincoln Navigator, which is too big for high school. They have still not started the process to get the car on the lift to get the insurance adjuster to look and approve. I dont know when the work will begin!!Volvo car is good, but Bill knight Volvo service in Tulsa is in very very bad shape. I have registered complaint and opened case with Volvo *************. After *****, they replied that they are still waiting to hear back from regional manager. I have all texts, emails if needed.

This has been a complicated insurance claim and repair, and we apologize for the frustration and delay.  We will have the vehicle completed the week of 4/14 and *** ******* *************) will be the point of communication and contact going forward.  A 16-year-old cannot be approved as a driver of a loaner vehicle by us or Enterprise for insurance reasons.

I HAD a beautiful and perfect running 2018 Mustang GT 5.0. I was run off the road on the RIGHT side. My insurance sent me to Bill Knight since it was in the network, and 2 miles away. The damage on the car was only rear passenger rim/tire, 550 chin spoiler bent in, gear 3rd & 5th locked, damage right rocker, underneath was unknown at time. Exhaust was a concern of course. I put in a brand-new clutch and transmission with under ***** miles at the time. This wreck was June 2024. Bill Knight received my car. After they received my car, the concern set in. I talk to someone twice. I signed paperwork digitally. When i called, they never answered. I had my husband go up there up there. He found my car in the parking the lot, sent pictures. But my vinyl hood was destroyed. it had swirled marks; it looked rusted color- brown. My chin clip was destroyed, bent in middle, bumped had a crack - middle, - like they hit something. While my husband was there talking to **** Knight. I was calling insurance. To move my car; they never answer my calls, or State Farms. Finally, they did. Said they finished everything, and my bumper was back order, said everything was done. My husband went there every week. Sent pictures, to **********, it wasn't done. They ordered (2) chins. Went to transmission shop, said my gears were like that before wreck. Supervisor reviewed my case said I needed to go to shop that can performed on cars "sports performance". I go to shows, car meets, pictures, and home security videos of my car. Couple weeks before it went into that shop that oil change and brand-new plugs and wires. We finally arrived to picked up car. My chin spoiler was scratched up. I started my car. My check engine light was on. I run a ** **** Tuner. Logged everything before and after, (11) codes going off; I don't have 5th gear. Took out the plugs, blown (3) plugs. (4) injectors. Someone pushed my car to point, not knowing how to drive it. I took pictures in parking lot.

Bill Knight Ford knowingly sold me a vehicle with transmission problems. Before the sell, I asked the salesman for a copy of the vehicle's history. He advised that the maintenance team had done a thorough inspection and there were no issues with the vehicle and that is why is is priced at that rate. After leaving the dealership, I noticed a vibration periodically. Since it was already late in the evening, I decided to take the vehicle in the next morning for inspection. When I called the next morning, I was advised by Service that it would be awhile before they could get to it. So i decided to take it to the ****** dealership next to Bill Knight Ford. The ****** dealership was able to do a diagnostic and advised that the car would require a new transmission. I then called the Salesman at Bill Knight Ford and advised him of this issue within less than 24 hours of owning the vehicle. Bill Knight Ford refused to help me because the vehicle was sold as-is.

Unfortunately, this vehicle was purchased "as-is".  To avoid this very issue, we are intentional about disclosing the "as-is" status and the inherent risks therein.  I have included the executed documents signed by all parties.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 12/11/2024

I am rejecting this response because:   it may have been an as-is sale but Bill Knight Ford intentionally did not disclose the transmission issue before the sale of the car.  So, the sale price of the car should be adjusted based on those facts.

***** Blue Book value would not show the car as worth $9800+. So it seems that Bill Knight Ford is scamming  customers.

      Business Response

      Date: 12/12/2024

There is no scam.  While it is unfortunate the vehicle needs a new transmission, we made no representation to the transmission other that the "as-is" documents that were reviewed and signed.  The pricing was market based and again it reflected being sold "as-is".

They had my car 2 weeks for a simple collision. No auto problems exsisted. Upon picking up my vehicle 1st red flag. I was told my battery was low. Why? you had my vehicle 2 weeks u couldn't have the battery charged. I never had an issue with my battery prior to this company touching it. After 2 jumps my car no longer starts. Im wondering what they did to my car in that 2 weeks they had it. I will check and see if parts missing/replaced that shouldn't be. I just picked up my car. Now I have no car. It was fine when i dropped it off. If my car isn't running like it was when i dropped it off. i'm taking this company and geico to court. i have all my paperwork in order and a lawyer.
