    I have been going to this clinic more than 5 years. Staff is always friendly, mindful, helpful, and caring! More than I can say for most clinics in Tulsa.

    After my last injection appt the nurse “forgot” to remove my iv needle from my arm used for sedation & I was unknowingly sent home with it still inserted. After a hour long car ride home & an induced seizure triggered by pain in my arm we unwrapped my arm to find it bent & still inserted. I took pics to document their negligence & incompetence. I called to inform them of how they failed at providing me (a critically high risk handicapped disabled chronically Ill patient) the safe medical care I am entitled to receive. The staffs behavior towards me after this has been super unprofessional with not returning my calls or showing any remorse regarding their poor behavior, choices & mistakes. Advanced pain specialists of tulsa is NOT safe & they do NOT care.
