    Tom B****** was very polite and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I received my estimate in a timely manner. I did however take issue with how he became disinterested in doing the job once I asked him about financing which he do offer. I found out during the a application process for the loan that I was given an invalid code and was told that it was an easy fix, that Mr. B****** just needed to call them and get the new code. I contacted Mr.B****** and relayed that information to him. Mr.B****** stated give him til the end of the week, well I gave him a week and a half, called him back he then stated he hadn't gotten around to it and that it may be a couple of weeks before he would have a chance. Why would it take a couple of weeks to make a 15minute phone call? If financing isn't something you want to deal with them don't offer it.
