    On March 18, 2024, I purchased parking with valet from a third-party vendor for Fine parking valet ***** from Cheap Airport Parking for indoor valet and I will attach the receipt. Yesterday when I landed Fine charged me an extra 7.24 for additional fees because they claimed I did not have valet just first-floor parking. I even showed the people at the Hobby Airport the receipt they could not see where it showed indoor valet I showed them the third-party receipt and they went and charged me an extra 7.24. This is unacceptable. I am working and going to be travelling every week and wanted to use Fine because they are convenient and I thought they were great service but this changed my mind about how I will be treated.

There was a rate mapping issue between the 3rd party vendor, Cheap Airport Parking, and our system resulting in the balance due.     My NEW SUV was parked here for 8 days and was keyed by someone at the IAH location. When I spoke with the "Supervisor" she claims people are to park at their own risk and no cameras are onsite. According to their site, this place is to have 24hr camera monitoring and NO where does it state "park at own risk". DO NOT PARK HERE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO!

    Fine Airport Parking does have a sign posted at the entrances to our facilities. I have attached a copy of the sign posted at the entrance of the IAH facility where Mrs. ****** parked. We do have camera's that monitor our lot, and unfortunately we do not cover damage done to vehicles by other customers.

    They are lying. There was no sign, No one asked nor wanted to help. The Supervisor instead called someone on the phone and I was told i parked outside the lot and call for police. I said the police would not come because, it was not an emergency. The supervisor did not offer to take a statement, nor did she offer to take photos or videos.

    The company's shuttle driver saw me coming and he closed the door and drove off even though there was plenty of room on the shuttle. I paid for the shuttle as part of the parking service and this is a completely unacceptable way to treat customers. I want a refund.

    I've already explained what happened, I have nothing further to add. You should treat your customers with more respect and curtesy.
