keep calling under different numbers so I will answer I told them yesterday 3 times in a row to lose my contact information they were not getting my money and i cannot pay due to being on disability and losing my disability. I dont see how they have an A rating when they cant telll you and wont tell you anything without your name by law i do not have to give them any information over the phone. I do not want anymore contact with them at all I am not giving my money or info9rmation out to anyone over the phone anymore

SCAM! They work with sleaze like ********* Legal to pad their own pockets. Avoid at all costs. Money in your account and nothing ever get paid. Customer service is horrendous too.Global Holdings, LLC

The debt settlement provider you signed up with is the right resource for program specific information, such as creditor settlements, program progress and timeline. Their customer support team can address your questions on your account. Global does not provide the debt settlement services, just the FDIC-insured account and payment processing for the transactions triggered by the progress in your debt settlement program.

I as well contacted the BBB yesterday. I was mislead from an advisor and specifically asked if I could look over details before I joined any program. Never received paperwork, never received account number. They debited my account and I emailed twice, no response and called twice, two different answers and their website is so shady and or the App ,it makes it hard for you to sign in and go on your account. The advisor was condescending, talked down about my husband and actually got personal with me. Very unprofessional. I want a full refund of my deposit. I am not paying any fees for sign up because I did not approve this debit.Global Holdings, LLC

Our records indicate that you have previously contacted Global directly and that on these occasions our Customer Support team correctly advised that since the fee was charged by the Debt Settlement Provider, you would need to speak directly with their Company to request a refund. Our representatives also provided you the contact information to do so.

Kind of strange I just checked my bank account. To see how much money was in here. Expecting over $150. No -230. How did you get my account number and my routing number. Not my debit card because I just got this yesterday. And why when it asked for my name. ****** ******! Then I gave them my real email. Now I will call my bank. Have had multiple payments come out of my account to GHLLC and had no idea what it was but when I mentioned this place to my bank they informed me that it was a fraudulent business and would work hard to get my money back. We simply collect funds and distribute them according to your agreement with your Debt Settlement Provider.
We received your signed dedicated account agreement and created your account on 8/2/2022.
Based on your concern we have closed your Global account. All drafts were previously returned on 10/4/2022.

As 100% disabled female veteran PTSD should have done this differently I saw National Debt Relief during covid the government gave me choices and they were one of them what a mistake never heard of Global holdings until I noticed they were taking money out of my account looked them up bad decision BBB should have looked there first I've paying but my credit card company keeps asking about so in for 9 month's the money's coming out but they must be sitting on it they better not think I owe them because they haven't done nothing and reading about what they with is shocking I struggle everyday due to my set income and I feel I was mislead with the they I could have paid one card of and start paying I wish that businesses would care about the people instead of preying on them I'm the fool for thinking they really wanted to help so I'm calling the Department of Veterans Affairs and asking them they would even put us in that position and find out what there do about misleading information and not completely telling you exactly where your money was going and I will talk to my lawyer in New York need more information on the company a sucker born everydayGlobal Holdings, LLC

For all those saying this company is a SCAM, I want to share with you my personal experience doing business with them. In September of 2019, I started my credit consolidation through my Debt Settlement Provided and today, I was able to finish my journey with them. When I started, my credit score was really bad (387) and they helped me to have my credit score excellent again. They have helped me to paid all my debts lowering them a 50% which is fantastic. I'm really glad I made the right decision because right now I don't have any credit card debt and I have an excellent credit score. I know that not everyone is going to have the same experience with the companies, but at least for me, doing business with this company was the best decision I have ever made regarding my credit history.Global Holdings, LLC

Those services are provided by the Debt Settlement Provider you contracted with to settle debts enrolled in your program. We researched your account and see that 3 deposits of 350.89 were made into your Global account. Based on the style of program you signed up for with your debt settlement provider, fees are applicable from the start of the program.
As a next step in resolving your concerns, we recommend you review your agreement and reach out to their company to further discuss the specifics of your program.
