    Never take you dog here for grooming! My daughter dropped of her beautiful Goldendoodle for a trim and she came back completely shaved. They did not call and tell her there was an issue or ask permission. They refuse to give her money back. The poor puppy is now depressed and sick with diarrhea from the stress. Do not trust these people with your pets!!!

    We apologized for the miscommunication , the person dropping off was told the dog would have to be shaved due to the extreme matting. In severe matting cases shaving is the best option for the pet to try and eliminate pain and stress. We are sorry this was not relayed to the person picking up. We have made adjustments to our check in process to for all matted dogs so that there can not be a miscommunication regardless who is dropping off the pet.
