This place is a joke. My poor baby was locked up the entire time and we was told that by staff. They said it was because he was aggressive due to not being nutured and he most definitely is neutered. Which his paper work is on file with the business stating he is nutured. When complaints was made about this and the fact that he was soak and wet and totally mistreated. All they could do was turn it around and say he attacked another dog

Bean boarded with us for 11 nights. It wasn't until the 9th night **** was let out by himself. **** attacked another dog during play time and as a precaution, he wasn't let out with other dogs. We tried calling twice to let them know with no answer. Dogs safety is our top priority so we kept him separate. He still got to go to the yards, just not with other dogs for the last two days. In no way was he ever mistreated!

My beagle and chocolate lab were boarded at ************************* in Tulsa for this past Memorial Day weekend. I received a call that my Lab Copper had a huge gash in his throat and was being taken for emergency surgery. The Vet called me to tell me it was very deep and needed interior stitches and staples and that it was NOT caused by another animal. Camp ************* says they looked over the video footage from the many cameras they have in place and do not see anything. The employees have all told me different stories. The owner ************************************ has yet to return my call, apologize, or ask how Copper is. She is extremely uncaring and short in her few email responses. Days later and nobody has called me to even inquire how Copper is doing. They do not care. They seriously injured my 11 month old lab, and refuse to give an explanation on how the injury happened. If you do chose to take your dog there, ask to tour the back. Its dirty, loud and chaotic. Rows of cages with lots of unhappy dogs. Your dog deserves better than *************************.

This client boarded over Memorial Day weekend.  On Sunday evening we placed her pups into the luxury suite where we have a camera.  Monday morning when we brought the dogs out for their morning bathroom break we noticed that Copper - an 11 mos old lab - had a triangle shaped wound.  We notified the owner and took the lab to the emergency vet since it was the only vet available over the holiday. We left Copper at the vet because they said they were very busy and we picked the dog up after his wound was treated. Camp ************* paid for this treatment which was roughly 600 dollars.

The owner picked up the dogs from ************************* and claims to have called the owner.  We have no record of a telephone call to the owner nor do we publish that number.  The client then tagged a photo of our son to get our attention.  This level of approach IS NEVER acceptable.  We explained over email we were out of town on Monday and could not call her at that time (all day sports with our sons team).  We have a manager whose responsibly is to run the camp and she had already spoken to *****************.  Since then, there have been multiple emails containing erroneous claims, insults and threats.  We have everything in print to keep a record of the chain of events.  We have NEVER had to go to this level with a client like we have with *****************.  ***************** claims there was no apology but we have it on email.  She has also spoken with the manager and assistant manager who both apologized for the incident.  We have as well as corporate reviewed the cameras and there is nothing out of the ordinary.  She has consistently requested we tell the truth.  All we have done with her is tell the truth so we really dont know what else we can do to satisfy this person.  We wish we had an answer but we unfortunately don't....AGAIN, we are sorry this happened.
