    We had Tip Top K9 come out a meet our dog Prada to discuss training. We were recommended for basic training and we paid a deposit for the training and we were told we didnt have to schedule right away It has been just over a year and when we called a few months ago they said we could still schedule. I called today to get her on the schedule and their office said the franchise had closed. I questioned why we were not notified when we have a standing deposit and all they could say was sorry with not solution or rectifying the situation. In fact we were told the corporate office wouldnt honor a refund for our deposit and we had to call the previous owners private phone line to get our money back. When the previous owner was contacted the phone line goes straight to voice mail and it is full. Im assuming with angry customers who want their money back to take their business elsewhere. Tip top refuses the refund after we were told we do not have a time limit to schedule.
