    This is the company my landlord owns or operates. We had a written and verbal agreement on things in our house that were supposed to be fixed before we ever moved in on November 1st. I have repeatedly tried to get these things fixed as one of them is the fan in the living room that we were told by her, the maintenance man, and electrician is a fire/electrical risk and we have been unable to use our living room for the 9 months we have lived there. Trying to get all the rotted wood fixed outside took 6 months and the crew she hired trashed our yard with beer cans, beer tops, rotted wood, nails, cigarettes and more that I have to spend over 35 hours over 3 days trying to clean. I have take off work early to meet with people who never show, I was on maternity leave for 2 months I tried to get them there to fix it she ignored me for the majority of the time. I am constantly ignored and blown off on getting these things fixed in our house so we can enjoy and live there. Our kitchen light has been non-stop running since her maintenance man fixed it and now it wont shut off. When addressed with these things she has no care and concern about any of it and I had to get rude and mean to try and get anything done and then she tries to say Im unreasonable because I will not allow people to work on the house who thought it was acceptable to drink while working (and also werent working the majority of the time they said they were and I have picture proof) and trashing my yard when I have a 15 year old and 15 week old there. I also have repeatedly asked to speak to her boss or the property owners and she refuses and ignores it. I have hung reds of pictures of constantly trying to get this resolved but it wont let me upload because its too big.

    I have plenty of screenshots of our constant request for them to get the things in the house fixed she said would be fixed before we moved in. These are the screenshots of all the money we have paid while living here while she has repeatedly ignored us and refused to fix the things that are major issues with the house.
