      Started working there 6-24-24 had to meet a guy at a ******* every morning due to whoever owns company getting rid of property with shop and fence for whatever reason. The work we did do was separate metal plates and put them on pallets roughly ***** of them then we had to separate a huge mess of railroad ties that were just dumped however, which that involves a skid steer for 80% of the work so there wasnt much for me to do but sit and wait every ***** min for the guy to make a bundle which consists of 25 ties each bundle then again because lack of work separate and restocked railroad tracks for 2days and that involved machine as well which leaves me with nothing to do till he separates all of em to restock. Theres was only 2 of us working now I see why theres no actual work just beating around the **** all day the work they claim is available isnt because whoever the owner is took the the part to some cheap mechanic instead whos taking forever instead of the dealer of equipment so it cant be used to do any actual railroad maintenance. Theyll lie to you tell you that youll get 40 hours but never got 40 because the tell me its to hot out to work youll never meet the person that hires pretty sure shes just laid up at home. Filled out a bunch of papers but could never give them to anyone cause theres no office, I would t work here unless you like beating around the **** all day never know what your doing the next day the comutication there is terrible get told one thing from someone then another by someone else. Got fired for sitting when thats the only thing I could do because the lack of physical work wasnt there but I know the real reason why and so do you Eventually guys will go out of business!DO NOT WORK HERE ITS A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME I COULDVE STAYED AT MY OLD JOB!
