    The Urban Air in ***** is a terrible place to visit. Last Friday my family visited the park. My kids got popcorn, which I noticed was burnt to the point of being inedible. We alerted a female *** staff member about the problem with the popcorn. Surprisingly, instead of solving the problem, she immediately asked us to leave the facility.Because of the terrible experience, I contacted the membership line to cancel my membership. I was told my membership cannot be cancelled. So I need to continue to pay the membership every month but won't visit the park again to get double humiliation. This is so ridiculous!

    This location is chaos and very unsafe for young children. There is never staff in the event areas and older kids/teens just run around swinging on high apparatus and knocking down smaller children on trampolines. We visited a month ago and were told they were just understaffed that day so there was no one to supervise the floor. We were told the same story again today. My 7 year old played for only 30 minutes before she was in tears from the amount of times she was shoved or knocked down. An older child climbed on top of the obstacle course near the ceiling supports and jumped down inches from landing on my daughter. We have visited many jump places I multiple cities but would not recommend visiting this location.

    Horrible experience. Absolutely awful. Child’s birthday scheduled but cancelled by Urban Air due to no electricity following Tulsa wind storm. That is understandable but the lack of service after this scenario is unacceptable. Corporate indicated I needed to reschedule through the local store. I tried and tried. The site never answered their phones after about 30+ attempts to reach them and numerous messages left with not a single returned call. After visiting the site 4 mos post scheduled party I was treated horribly by management who said a refund was not happening and I could only reschedule the party. Who needs a party for a child 4 months after their birthday? I was laughed at, mocked, treated disrespectfully. Corporate is issuing my refund. This is a place that has terrible service. Beware.

    Careful when ordering tickets online, request to sign on line waiver which is vague and when you sign you sign to a yr agreement for membership, when try to cancel there is a cancellation fee that requires to pay for 6 mos membership fees.
