    I have had them out 4 times and my air conditioner keeps breaking. The first time it froze, but the last 3 times were the fan. They heard the fan had issues the first time. So, I had to pay another $100 to get them to come and fix the fan. They just looked at it and said it may live a long time or it may not and left and did nothing.
    Broke 10 minutes after he left and I called and said they would be out next week. He came and looked at it and they said they would be out the "next week" I had to get upset because he was going to leave again without air conditioning. He "made a fan" work. They had to go into the attic because they lost the flue and they left. A week and a half later the air won't come on. When I called the dispatcher was rude and hung up. Finally got through and said it was multiple things wrong. So far it froze and the fan, if there are multiple items he didn't tell me.
    Now they said another week before he will come look at it. I am a 60 year old woman and can't fix it myself and am frustrated because 3 of time he was here less than 20 minutes. I have no air conditioning for a month. They will not help and they don't care. It is over 100 degrees and I have to wait another week before they will come out, even though they didn't fix it correctly.
