    I purchased a 2023 Jayco 284BHS bumper pull travel trailer from Camperland of Oklahoma in February of 2023. In the spring of 2024 the decals began peeling. This should be covered under the warranty. I notified Camperland. They filed a warranty claim with ***** in April, 2024. It was denied. I called Jayco and they told me to have the dealer re-submit the claim and theyd take care of it. Since then I have multiple emails from Camperland telling me they have resubmitted my claim but Jayco denies that ever happened after the first submission. Camperland has been dragging this out since April and its now November and Im no closer to getting my warranty decals today than I was in April. Id be happy to share all emails that document this back and forth and lack of communication from Camperland of Oklahoma.

    Our response is simple, we side with Mr. ********** He doesn't really believe we are doing everything within our power to resolve his issue. We have contacted, submitted and resubmitted his claim to the manufacturer. The claim was denied 2 times, not for us to approve or deny, it is for the company that built the trailer and pays for the repair. Once Mr. ********* contacted the manufacturer, they instructed us to resubit the claim for their approval. That was done in October, but to date we still have no approval. We again contacted the manufaturer this week asking for approval and an update, but haven't heard back. We haope to hear soon and take care of this for Mr. ********** as it is obvious to us that it should be covered under the warranty of the trailer.
