      Mortgage Protection Division is inundating me with letter after letter since I've closed on my mortgage. Their letters appear to be related to my mortgage company and have the mortgage company's name prominently displayed in bold type to try and trick people into believing its from the mortgage company to scare them into buying needless mortgage protection insurance. It even includes my mortgage amount. If one were to fall for it, it is highly probable that their identities and personal information would be stolen and scammed based on this companies advertising practices.

There was no intended misrepresentation. We have suppressed this homeowners information from our database and it will not be used for any further mailings from us.       This "company" must be a phishing scam. Constant mail from them. Half the time they actually put my neighbor's address on the letters.

Our data information is obtained from public records so this person has a mortgage recorded at their county courthouse. We apologize for any misconception or concerns we may have inadvertently caused.

      They keep spamming me with offer letters for something I never asked for and never approached them.

      The 'Mortgage Protection Division' keeps sending me letters to sign up for a 'mortgage protection program' and asks for personal information, including my DOB, phone and signature. They use my mortgage company prominently and pretend to be an official offer.
