    Hired Evo Smart Security to install cameras and system in our newly built home. From day 1, nothing has worked correctly. Keypads installed do not work. Camera placement is awful. Company used the app alarm.com, which is equally awful. ****************** there is no customer service. Spent a large amount of money on a security system that doesnt work and a company that wont remedy the problem. No technician was sent to my house for repairs. No one would even return my phone calls. I received text messages instead from a receptionist? Very unprofessional. I dont know how this business is a business. I believe it to be a scam and would like a refund on the equipment I bought. I would like them to come retrieve the tacky, non working equipment they plastered all over my house and receive a full refund. Ring cameras are above and beyond what this company offers.

You can try contacting them through their customer service channels, such as their website, phone number, or any other contact information provided on their official platforms.They should be able to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding the transferred contract and the services they offer.
