      I walked in the ******* to have lunch. I was eating my snack cake and drinking a soda from another store. It is 97 outside and I was sitting at a table resting for a second and snacking getting ready to purchase something for *******. The security guard walked over to my table and that's when everything went South. I have been targeted by PHD SECURITY SERVICES at two different ******* locations. When I was in high school I worked for ******* and ever since the '90s I've been a customer of ***** so this situation is very disturbing.

      Thank you for sharing your experience. First of all, let me start by saying- I'm sorry if you feel your experience with one of our representatives was unpleasant. Secondly, I would like to ask for some clarification: what does "everything went south" mean? what do you mean when you say "I have been targeted by PHD Security Services at two different ******* locations? I fail to understand what the complaint is all about. You did not explain what our representative might have done wrong. Which store were you visiting? Thirdly, we have been in business for a complete decade, let me assure you we are highly rated ******** with approximately 75 reviews and a rating of 4.9 with only one negative review (which was confirmed as SPAM).
