      Outstanding service from the scheduling point to the service call! The technician ****** was a great listener and willing to run extra tests to make sure every point of entry was covered. It gave us the peace of mind we are much safer with the coverage and protection of Alert 360. Top notch company!

      Outstanding company! The salesman, *****, explained the products well and scheduled an install that week. The install team arrived on time and were courteous and knowledgeable. ****** installed all of the cameras and was professional and courteous throughout the day. This company is top notch and reasonable for the services and products received. I highly recommend Alert 360.

      Alert360 is the best alarm company/service provider I have ever dealt with. I had a CO2 sensor go bad, made a call and got service scheduled. The tech was prompt to arrive after calling ahead. He replaced the bad device and ran a test on the system in less than 30 minutes.

      Technician was excellent. Shared information, and fixed issue. He was respectful and approachable. My only negative is that I was told when I started a contract that after equipment was paid of, that the monthly cost would be around $28 dollars and instead it is $68. They worked with my wife a little and now I'm paying $58.
